1. The marketplace
Laravel provides an online venue where independent sellers can list products and buyers can discover and purchase them. We are a platform: unless stated otherwise, sales contracts are between buyers and sellers.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
3. Buyers
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price, applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout, and any terms the seller states in the listing where consistent with these Terms.
4. Sellers & shops
If you open a shop, you represent that you have the right to sell your items, that listings are accurate, and that you will fulfil orders in good faith.
5. Fees, taxes & payments
Platform fees, listing charges, and payment processing may apply as described on our fees page or in your seller dashboard. Prices may be shown in multiple currencies for convenience.
6. Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display that content to operate the service. The Laravel name, logo, and site design are protected.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to violate law, list prohibited items, harass users, or circumvent fees. We may suspend accounts where appropriate.
- Violate law or infringe the rights of others.
- List counterfeit or misleading offers.
- Interfere with or abuse the service.
8. Messaging
Messaging tools are for legitimate order and customer communication. We may monitor or limit messages to protect users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Listings are created by independent sellers—we do not guarantee the quality or legality of items.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business. Courts in that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction unless consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
